Theme 6


Hi everyone :)
  We were working on the Theme 6 - Healthy Living and Lifestyle .


  " Three Day diet History"
We would like to show examples of dishes from our dietary habits.




First Day :
   breakfast - Yeast croissant with white coffee
. 



lunch - fish with vegetables and sauce


supper - sandwiches with salmon and cream cheese





dessert- tiramisu 



Second Day :


breakfast- muesli










 lunch -grilled chicken with french fries







supper-scrambled eggs






dessert -ice cream with hot raspberries




Third Day:

breakfast-  pancakes with raspberries and chocolate



lunch - gyros with vegatables and pita 




supper- fruit salad 






dessert - sugared donut
Karolina's physycal test

Sits up                            200          (165 points)

Standing Long Jump     180 cm     (50 points)

I had a lot of fun doing it, especially the Cooper Test. Although I was exhausted at the finish line, but I will never forget that :)

                                                         Parents health report 

My parents used to smoke, but now they don’t. My dad sometimes drinks alcohol, but mostly at family celebrations. My mother does not drink alcohol at all because her doctor told her not to. My parents eat healthy food, except for those occasions when we visit my grandma They do not do any sports, maybe Dad sometimes rides a bike but it's not too often. As far as coping with stress is concerned, my mom has a friend who she always talks to if she has a problem. My mom drives a car safely but my dad is simply a speed demon behind the wheel. Generally speaking, I think that my parents have as a healthy lifestyle




Cigarettes : 4(out of 10)

Alcohol and Drugs : 7(out of 8)

Eating Habits: 4(out of 8)

Fitness : 2(out of 8)

Stress Control : 7(out of 10)

Safety: 9(out of 10)


  Wojtek`s health report

I did the “healthy lifestyle questionnaire”. I tried to be honest so here are my results:
  • Cigarettes : 2 (out of 10)
  • Alcohol and Drugs : 6 (out of 10)
  • Eating Habits: 2 (out of 10)
  • Fitness : 3 (out of 10)
  • Stress Control : 6 (out of 10)
  • Safety: not applicable
Well, I smoke occasionally (from time to time). I sometimes have a drink, but I just drink for the taste of it, not to have a hangover. So much for my “sins”.

I like sports, but I am not into PE classes at school. In the winter I like to ski (next year I want to learn to snowboard). In the summer I like to ride a bike - music in the ears, and you can go even to the end of the world. 

Am I nervous? I don`t know how it could be possible for a high school student to be stressed out. I'm not. But the fact is that if I have a problem I can always count on my friends who always help me and support me in difficult times.

Because my parents also did the questionnaire I can see that young people care about themselves less than older people. Maybe because we are young , carefree and a bit reckless . (Wojtek)
